  7. Hello OC guy/gal(s),
Of course you OC riders will need to slowing down after the AWESOME PS Century! Here is Why?

Group B was lack of legs, lack of training, lack of food but every were so pump up before the 100 miles ride ... then they found out that with lack nutrition, lack of experience and low mileage on their legs ... Then started to suffer after 50+ miles ... BUT they willing to push hard and finish TOGETHER ... that took lots of Energy and Teamwork from everyone! They ALL deserve to have a week of rest or even two! hehehe!

Group A got speed and got experience but you guys rode like a bunch of animals and chased everyone down and no let one passed you guys ... guest what happen after 80+ miles? A few of you were almost got blow up! But because of VeloViet Pride ... that you force yourself to recoverd quickly and continue to ride hard home as ONE DISCIPLINE PACK OF RED ... Wow! If it was me I will need to take few weeks off too. hehehe!

I know most of you guys are out for a ride today and maybe in the rain ... so I sneak in here to write something before you all get back to read it. And I know Cuong will have more pictures for us to see ... hope to see smilling faces in the rain! hehehe!

In MN @ this moment I am writing this post... It is 34f with snow still on the ground but the road is clear and sunshine ... Wow! Yesterday and today many of our team members hit the road and some did their 1st 40+ miles... We are all excited to see these days... so we can ride a few miles before it get cold again! These are our bonus days in FEB.

For me, I am still in recovery mode from a surgery on Friday, so I only can sit in the window watching others exercise. My team kept sending me reports throught their text and FaceBook and here are a few:
"Yes, I did my 1st 42 miles today.",
"It's me Tom Schaefer!!! I landed right on the star! 2hrs 45min and 8sec for my 50km XC race today.",
"Hey Quang!!! I landed on the star!! Finished 3:47!!! Took 30min off last year's time!!! WOOOOHOOOO!!!"

Man! Even in pain... seeing all VVs in action made me can't wait to get out and ride! Thanks to you all!

Alright, few words to say hi to you guys from the home of THE High Performance Team!

    Quang Vo
