The VeloViet club's annual Summer Picnic happened this past weekend, with the largest turnout ever for a Summer event with over 100 adults and 50 kids. Here are some photos of this epic event...
The Set-Up -
There was definitely a lot of logistic and set-up involved in feeding and entertaining this crowd. We had food, food, and more foods. Le VeloViet Chefs have been refining their arts the past few weeks, and we tasted the yummy food hand prepared in the kitchen of Chef Nicole, Chef Kristee, Chef James, Chef Karen, and Master Chef DuyAnh. Our sampling included seaweed salad, mango shrimp salad, BBQ short ribs, chicken curry, egg rolls, chowmein, fruits, and more!

The Fashionistas -
Our Minnesota Captain Quang coined the VeloViet club as "Fashion and Passion". The top fashion guy and gal at the picnic has got to be BaoAnh and Kym. Bao arrived in style in his BMW bike. Kym arrived sporting a new hair cut. See the photos below.

Wow, look like everyone is having a blast. Very rare I Vietnamese cyclist get together with families n having fun fun fun. I'm hoping maybe the next time I would be a part of the VeloViet Association n participate in things like this plus all the cherity events. Overall love riding with u guy, it was an honor. Thank You.
